Geauga County Maple Festival (Cancelled)

April 23-26, 2020

The Maple Festival is on beautiful Chardon Square and takes place the last full weekend in April celebrating the production of maple syrup. Come and see how maple syrup is made; enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes with pure Geauga County maple syrup; or treat yourself to a maple stir! Events include 2 Grand Parades, Maple Syrup Judging/Auction, Queen's Contest, Photo Contest, Arts & Crafts, Invitational Lumberjack Competition, Sap Run, Bathtub Races, Concessions, Rides and Free Entertainment.

Pike County Dogwood Festival (Cancelled)

April 23-26, 2020

The Pike County Dogwood Festival celebrates the "Legend of the Dogwood Tree" in beautiful and quaint Piketon, Ohio. Our festival takes place during the last full weekend in April while the Dogwood trees are in full bloom. We celebrate by promoting the history of the area while offering fellowship through our many different events such as Live Entertainment, 5K Run, Contests and much more.

Wild Turkey Festival (Cancelled)

May 7-10, 2020

The streets of downtown McArthur come alive with food, music, and fun for the whole family during the annual Vinton County Wild Turkey Festival. Enjoy free nightly entertainment on the Main Stage, carnival rides and games, a car show, and karaoke and baby contests. Grand Parade is Saturday at 6:00 PM. Special fun for Kids' Day on Sunday.

Main Street Port Clinton Walleye Festival (Cancelled)

May 21-25, 2020

The Main Street Port Clinton Walleye Festival gets underway at picturesque Waterworks Park on the shores of beautiful Lake Erie in Port Clinton. An array of free live concerts, Kids Fishing Derby, Grande Parade, educational programs and activities, Walleye 5K Run and Walk, carnival rides, and more than 130 vendors from around the nation all make this event one of Ohio's premier outdoor weekend celebrations.

Moonshine Festival (Cancelled)

May 21-25, 2020

Located in the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio, this festival features a working Moonshine Still Display, Straitsville Special Moonshine, local history museum, flea market vendors, moonshine burgers, moonshine pie, carnival rides and games, free entertainment, good food, souvenirs, talent show, Cruise-In, and 2 parades concluding with the Grand Parade on Memorial Day.

Feast of the Flowering Moon (Cancelled)

May 22-24, 2020

Started in 1984, the festival is held over Memorial Day Weekend. Yoctangee Park, in historic downtown Chillicothe, makes a perfect setting for this wonderful three-day event featuring Native Americans with music, dancing, traders and exhibits, a mountain men encampment, arts and crafts with over 80 crafters, and commercial exhibits. Continuous entertainment, food, games, and contests for all. All events free to the public!

Oak Hill Festival of Flags (Cancelled)

May 22-25, 2020

Our festival celebrates community and patriotism, and features rides, a variety of food vendors, craft and novelty items, and an art and quilt show. A karaoke contest and wide variety of performers provide entertainment throughout the weekend. Entertainment is free. We wrap up the festival with a Pancake Breakfast, 5K run/walk and a car show on Memorial Day.

Utica Sertoma Ice Cream Festival (Cancelled)

May 23-25, 2020

Held on the grounds of Energy Coop and Velvet Ice Cream Co., this festival features fun for the entire family, over 90 artisans exhibiting their crafts, great food, ice cream, pony rides, car and motorcycle shows, magic show, entertainment every day, Saturday parade in Village of Utica. Lots of contests including ice cream eating, balloon and egg tosses, kiddie tractor pull. Shuttle service from parking lot to festival grounds.

Deercreek Dam Days (Cancelled)

May 27-30, 2020

Nestled in the Village of Williamsport, in Pickaway County, the Deercreek Dams Days Festival is fun for the whole family. Live music, food, games, and rides for all ages. Saturday features Kidsfest, free for all. Parades and royalty contests nightly. Come on down and get your summer started! Admission is free!

Dennison Railroad Festival (Cancelled)

The Dennison Railroad Festival will be held in the beautifully restored Historic Center Street District, taking in our gazebo and Historic (National Landmark) Railroad Depot Museum. Four fun-filled days of amusement rides, food, games, activities, train exhibit and entertainment for all ages.

Newark Strawberry Festival (Cancelled)

May 29-31, 2020

Our event features rides, games, crafts, food and terrific entertainment providing the entire family with many exciting things to do, see, and taste. A "must try" is our delicious Strawberry Shortcake served with locally made creamy Velvet Ice Cream. Hosted by Newark Kiwanis Club, proceeds help fund Camp O'Bannon, a summer camp for underprivileged children.

Coshocton Hot Air Balloon Festival (Cancelled)

June 4-6, 2020

One of Ohio's longest continuous Hot Air Balloon festivals, we are a free, family-friendly event featuring morning and evening hot air balloon launches (weather permitting), live musical entertainment, a hot air balloon night glow and fireworks. Our midway features rides for all ages plus a large variety of food vendors and craft and gift show. The Coshocton Hot Air Balloon Festival is held at Coshocton County Fairgrounds.

Troy Strawberry Festival (Cancelled)

June 6-7, 2020

Join us for the Troy Strawberry Festival! Over 200 arts and crafts exhibitors, non-stop entertainment on two stages and so much more! Enjoy a variety of food and delicious strawberry delights. We're a fun festival for all ages that you won't want to miss. Located in beautiful historic downtown Troy and along the Great Miami River. Brunswick Summer Celebration (Cancelled)

Shreve Swampfest (Cancelled)

The Shreve Swampfest is a 3-day festival that takes place the 3rd weekend in June. Shreve is located just west of the Killbuck Marsh Wildlife Area - a 5,500 acre wetland. Locals have referred to the marsh as the "Shreve Swamps" for generations. The festival includes rides, games, entertainment, food, a military parade, raffle drawings, car show and fireworks. Come join the fun!

Every year on the 4th weekend in June we hold the Cy Young Days Festival in honor of the Baseball Great! We have a parade featuring a former Cy Young Award winner as Grand Marshall, the Cy Young Run, rides, games, queen's luncheon, Hit-a-thon, talent show, pet show, car show, bands, food and fun!!

Lorain International Festival (Cancelled)

The Lorain International Festival is held the last full weekend in June, and celebrates the rich diversity and ethnic heritage of the "Melting Pot" city, Lorain, Ohio. The festival is held along the Black River and the shores of Lake Erie. Come celebrate this one-of-a-kind festival and our "International City" through ethnic food, crafts, and entertainment!

Ashville 4th of July Celebration (Cancelled)

One of the most entertaining festival in Ohio happens over the 4th of July holiday. Featured in this four-day event are: Grand Parade, 5K run, Seniors Day, Family Day, Junior Superstars, softball and wiffleball tournaments, car show, fireworks, live entertainment nightly, and a midway full of delicious food and entertaining games. Gallipolis River Recreation Festival (Postponed)

The Gallipolis River Recreation Festival is the annual 4th of July celebration in Gallia County, Ohio. Taking place each year in the historic Gallipolis City Park, activities during the festival include: live entertainment, inflatables, concessions, vendors and special games for kids.

This one-day event celebrates our nation's independence and our armed forces veterans and active service men and women. The annual Frog-Jump Competition is our feature event and always a great time. We have a large kid's area, petting zoo, 5k run, food vendors, large parade, pizza and hot wing eating contests and a prize raffle! At 10:00 PM, we have a fantastic firework show and simulcast by Mix-106 in Ontario. Come join us for a great family-friendly event!

Ohio Hills Folk Festival (Cancelled)

Miami Valley Steam Threshers Association (Cancelled)

Located in the beautiful Pastime Park, the Miami Valley Steam Threshers will feature International Harvester, hosting IH Collectors Ohio Chapter 6 Club. Families will not only be able to enjoy our large display of tractors, steam and gas engines, but also watch them being used in our demonstrations through the day. Lawn mower pulls, grand parade, touch-a-truck/tractor, spark shows, tractor/truck pulls and much more is included in the $5 admission.

Come out and see our antique machinery in action: steaming corn, block making, rock crushing, sawmill, shingle mill, veneer machine, blacksmith shop, plowing, threshing and more. Tractors, engines and equipment featuring John Deere. Daily demonstrations and four parades, along with antique and garden tractor pulls, antiques, crafts inside and out, flea market, entertainment, on-site camping, and the Old Village featuring a covered bridge, log cabin and general store.

Join us Labor Day weekend at the Ox Roast. We have entertainment, food, rides, games, arts & crafts. The Columbiana Street Fair sponsored by the American Legion Post 290 takes place in historic downtown Columbiana featuring 25+ food vendors, 50+ crafters, free entertainment, photo contest, bingo, cash drawings each night, rides for the family, and our famous Street Fair Burgers. The Columbus Oktoberfest is three days of food, fun, beer, entertainment, and arts & crafts. The Columbus Oktoberfest is held at the Ohio Expo Center with free admission (paved parking charged). Authentic open air pavilions (historic century old buildings) offer over 100,000 square feet of covered space. Eat, drink, Polka and never get wet! The Lithopolis Honeyfest is a non-profit event with a mission to educate visitors about the art and science of apiculture and to raise public awareness of the importance of the Honey Bee. Since 1972, The Crestline Harvest Festival is the official kickoff to Autumn in North Central, Ohio. This Three-Day Festival opens with a Queen's Pageant and local entertainment on Thursday. The Johnny Appleseed Festival takes place in our historic square and features 40+ food vendors, 50+ crafters, entertainment, quilt show, art show, photography contest, pet parade, and rides for your enjoyment. Festivities begin on Sunday with a 5K run at 9:00 AM followed by the Grand Parade at 11:00 AM. Local organization provide apple specialties like old fashioned apple butter, apple ice cream, dumpling, fritters, and an apple pie baking contest.

The theme of this festival? You guessed it.....Apples! A fun filled week of great entertainment, music, food, parades, crafts, contests, and competitions. We have Apple Bobbing, Apple Peeling, Baby Stroller Races, Blizzard Eating contests, Square Dancing and much, much more. Did you know that the Jackson Apple Festival holds the World's Record for most people bobbing for apples and is also the home of the largest lighted Parade in Ohio?

Barnesville Pumpkin Festival (Cancelled)

September 24-27, 2020

Family oriented festival on the streets of the historic village of Barnesville. Always the last full weekend of September, the festival begins Thursday 5:00 PM and runs through Sunday 5:00 PM. Featuring free entertainment, agricultural displays, a giant parade on Saturday at 2:00 PM, car show, crafts, rides, games, concessions, and 5K run & walk.

Geneva Area Grape Jamboree (Cancelled)

September 26-27, 2020

The Geneva Area Grape JAMboree celebrates the harvesting of grapes. Visitors may taste grapes, freshly squeezed grape juice, wine and various grape products. All entertainment, including "Grape Stomping," is Free. Two parades: Sat. 1:30 PM and Sun. 2:00 PM featuring Ohio Festival Queens. The art show, craft fair, concession booths, top-notch entertainment, antiques, ethnic foods, amusement rides, grand prize raffle, and interesting exhibits make this an entertaining, JAM-packed weekend for the entire family.

Beaver Oktoberfest (Cancelled)

October 1-4, 2020

The Beaver Oktoberfest is located in southern Ohio and is held the first full weekend in October. This is a free family-oriented festival full of events for those of all ages to enjoy. Some of the events included are Car Show, craft vendors, pumpkin decorating contest, corn hole tournament, kiddie tractor pulls, along with music entertainment throughout the weekend.

Atwood Area Fall Festival (Cancelled)

October 2-4, 2020

There is "something for everyone" at the annual Atwood Area Fall Festival located at beautiful Atwood Lake Park and new & improved campground in Mineral City. The festival attracts a wide audience with mouth watering foods, a variety of music and entertainment. Find one of a kind gifts and home decor at one of 125 homemade craft booths. Rounding out the festival are hands on displays, Sunday Car Show, interpretive demonstrations, kids contests, and exhibits.

Ohio Swiss Festival (Cancelled)

October 2-3, 2020

Born in 1953 as a way to promote the Swiss Cheese Industry and Sugarcreek was the Ohio Swiss Festival. Polka music, Swiss cheese, Troyer's trail bologna and traditional Swiss costumes are features. With three parades - Kiddie, Antique Car, and Grand - as well as wine, Steintossen, and amusement rides, there is something for everyone.

Ashtabula County Covered Bridge Festival (Cancelled)

October 10-11, 2020

Visit our 19 beautiful covered bridges including the longest one in the USA, and support many local non-profits. Free entrance! Holmes County Antique Festival (Cancelled)

October 10-11, 2020

Held the 5th weekend after Labor Day in historic Millersburg. Events occur on and around the Courthouse lawn. We feature an Antique Market, arts and crafts, entertainment, kids activities and much more! Saturday hosts entertainment, a 5K run and walk, classic and antique car show, followed with a car and Fireman's Parade. Sunday hosts the Lumber Jack Show and Grand Parade.

Oak Harbor Apple Festival (Cancelled)

October 10-11, 2020

The Apple Festival is held annually in downtown Oak Harbor with over 25,000 visitors and all activities located within a two block area. On Saturday, witness the Grand Parade, Cornhole Tournament, Talent Show and beer tent entertainment. Sunday brings the classic car show, 5K, Kids 1 Mile, and local performers. There is an indoor craft show, mechanical rides and over 130 vendors. Free admission and $1 shuttle from the high school.

Ohio Sauerkraut Festival (Cancelled)

The Ohio Sauerkraut Festival has grown from a small local event in 1970 to one of the premiere craft festivals in the nation. We jury our 450+ vendors to ensure that all items are handcrafted and select items based on quality and variety. Unique food offerings range from sauerkraut pizza to fudge. Visitors return year after year to sample their favorites, making this festival a favorite Midwest destination.

Apple Butter Stirrin' Festival (Cancelled)

The Apple Butter Stirrin' Festival celebrates the beauty and bounty of the harvest season in America's Canal Town. Walk among the beautiful 1800's restored homes and businesses while visiting craft and arts vendors, enjoying children's games, and savoring apple butter cooked over an open fire. Enjoy live music all three days including bluegrass and traditional Appalachian favorites. $5 entry fee includes historic tours. Parking is free.

Fall Festival of Leaves (Cancelled)

Festivities include arts, crafts, entertainment, flea market, midway, parades, antique tractor show, log sawing contest, antique & classic car show, 5k run, and an opportunity to drive the four self-guided scenic tours. Open daily at 10:00 AM. Parade Sunday at 2:30 PM. Located on US Rt 50 in south central Ohio.

Circleville Pumpkin Show (Cancelled)

The "Greatest Free Show on Earth" begins with the Giant Pumpkin Weigh-in on Wednesday at 9:15 AM at Court & Main Streets. Two parades daily, Wednesday-Friday at 3:30 PM & 8:00 PM, and Saturday's OFEA Queens Parade at 8:00 PM. Featured: pumpkins, gourds, squash, pumpkin foods, contests, various exhibits, and entertainment. Hours: 10:00am-11:00pm.

Jingle Bell Luminary Parade Weekend (Cancelled)

Celebrate the Holiday Season during this fun filled event. Local Variety Show on Friday; Saturday enjoy a 5K run, craft show, Christmas Open House, Wine Tasting and Art Show. Enjoy the Grand Parade with lots of lights, decorations, and luminaries lining the streets followed by lantern tours. Sunday enjoy entertainment at the museum. Food Donations accepted for Pike County Food Pantry.
